You have always delivered your content in person. Suddenly you need to change the way you present information in an online environment. How can you make sure that your presentation is delivered professionally, clearly and effectively? Especially if you don’t have much in the way of equipment. Nor are you sure what platform to use.
When you deliver content in an online environment. There are some of the same challenges that you faced in an in-person presentation. Some challenges are new. I will start with this one first.
What platform do I use?
There are a plethora of online video conference tools available in the marketplace. The ones I have the most experience with a Google Hangout, Microsoft Teams, Webex and Zoom. If your client isn’t already using a particular platform. I would suggest using one that is free, and easy to use. Zoom and Hangouts are my preferences.
Once you have decided what tool you use. You need to decide if you want to do a pre-recorded presentation or if you want to do a live stream presentation. Both are useful.

- who is your target audience
