There is a clear link between stress and weight loss/gain. I have high cholesterol and have to take medication as diet and exercise don't help. I'm trying to meditate each day on top of mindful eating to see if it can help me lower my numbers. I'm seeing my cardiologist in July. Hopefully there's a noticeable improvement.
